No 28 Cutaway Flamenco Blanca

This guitar was born out of boredom.  I had never made a cutaway guitar before, and I thought it worth a try.  And if I'm trying something new, why not go big and make the cutaway melt directly into the neck heel?  It seemed a worthy challenge at the time.  It was so difficult and captivating that the other two guitars I was starting at the same time were ignored for a while while I figured this out.  Hence the out of sequence guitar numbers as this one jumped ahead of it's siblings.  This was quickly dubbed as the "Pringle Flamenco" since the cutaway had to bend in three different ways to accomplish what I wanted, and it ended up looking like a woody pringle chip.
This is a traditional sounding flamenco blanca.  It uses Engleman Spruce for the top, and Mediterranean Cypress for the back and sides.  The neck is a traditional spanish heel construction made from Spanish Cedar.
Want a pretty sounding guitar for moody Solea?  This ain't it.  This is a loud and brash instrument built for dance accompaniment.  I love the traditional brash flamenco sound with the incredible attack, low sustain, and fret growl all the way up the fingerboard when played hard.  And the action is dialed in low at 8mm string height off the top for easy golpe.
And when playing up the neck, your left thumb just slides up into the body of the guitar.  The cutaway is seamless.
This is priced low, as all of my experimental instruments are classified as student models with appropriate prices.  But it was very difficult to build.  I really don't see myself building another flamenco with this style cutaway in the future without a significant upcharge.
